culture+commerce anniversary exhibit and reception
culture+commerce project, a unique hybrid gallery/store of locally designed, contemporary home furnishings, arrived in Hudson last spring. Setting up shop in a town known primarily for it's antique trade, this American atelier of 30+ makers hailing from The Hudson Valley to Brooklyn set out to create something entirely different.
The gallery is celebrating their first anniversary this Memorial Day weekend with ENLIGHTENED, an exhibition of artisanal lighting and fine art by five regional lighting designers: Rafael Avramovich of Work and Design, Rob Williams of Grain Studio, Jill Reynolds of Ten Willow, Joshua Howe Design and David Clark of ModCraft. Opening reception Saturday May 26 ( 5-8 p.m)
